This year’s raffle was a milestone and it’s all thanks to you, our community of supporters! For the first time ever, we hosted two raffles, doubling your chances to win the EV of your dreams. Our Luxury Raffle Grand Prize Winner could choose any fully electric vehicle up to $120,000, while our Mini Raffle Winner could choose any EV up to $45,000. We also brought back our popular $10,000 Early Bird drawing for Luxury Raffle tickets purchased before the end of October.
Our Annual EV Raffle is Climate XChange’s biggest fundraiser of the year, and the proceeds help us support state-level climate actors across the country. Our 10th Raffle sold 4,169 Luxury Raffle tickets and 2,197 Mini Raffle tickets, and we held our live drawing on December 12, 2025!
Our Luxury Raffle Grand Prize Winner, Carl Benson of West Virginia, made great use of the prize — choosing not one but two EVs perfectly suited to mountain life: a Rivian R1S and a Subaru Solterra. And Parth Patel of Pennsylvania made history as the very first winner of our brand new Mini Raffle, celebrating in style with a Tesla Model Y.

Climate XChange (CXC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing fair, science-backed climate policy at the state level. We’re a small, passionate team committed to making real progress on climate change.
Through research and a national network of advocates, we help shape state climate solutions that reduce pollution and move us toward a healthier, more affordable future. Our core programs include the State Climate Policy Network, connecting thousands of advocates and policymakers across the country, and the State Climate Policy Dashboard, which tracks 65+ climate policies across all 50 states.
